THE SERVICES OUR ADMINISTRATION OFFICE OFFERS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The services established by the Horizontal Property Law of 2013 (article 20).
a) Look after the good maintenance of the Urbanisations, installations and services, making therefore the necessary warnings to the owners.
b) To prepare a plan of incomes and expenses and submit it to the General Meeting.
c) To look after the conservation of the property.
d) To order the normal repairs.
e) To take urgent measures for extraordinary repairs informing the Meeting immediately of the same.
f) Make the necessary payments and collect the fees.
g) To execute the agreements taken regarding construction works.
h) Other functions conferred by the General Meeting.

2. Monthly balances to the Committee and financial situation in comparison with the budget, referred to that month.
3. Information about legal matters, as for example date of payments of taxes (IBI, Refuse Collection, Wealth Tax, Income Tax).
4. Preparation of court certificates and control of court cases against debtors.
